Business Office

The Business Office is located near the main entrance of the hospital. Admissions, submitting insurance claims and accepting payments are the main functions this office.

7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday
8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

Admissions


  • In Admissions, clerks assist with the process that includes verifying the patient, guarantor and insurance information.

  • This information follows a patient’s hospital stay, identifying procedures and ensures correct billing.

  • Safety wristbands are issued to every patient to provide healthcare professionals with proper patient identification before performing any procedures.
