The Social/Community Resources department provides Community Education through two programs, Wellness Connections and 55Plus®.

Wellness Connections

Wellness Connections offers public programming, such as bringing in doctors and specialists to address medical concerns.

55Plus®

The 55Plus® community senior program, held in conjunction with the BryanLGH Medical Center and other Heartland Health Alliance hospitals, provides several benefits to members at no cost and includes two complimentary guest meals for family members. The community education coordinator is also involved in community activities as a hospital representative.
